It is your own responsibility to declare any rewards that are claimed via the programme for tax purposes.

Rewards listed within the system are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any point

Rewards earned are based on purchases made from your appointed Trade Dealer and will be adjusted to account for parts/items returned.

You may only have one appointed Renault Dealership as part of the Motrio Service Centre Reward programme and will only accrue rewards from your chosen dealer.

Offers listed on the system are available from your appointed Trade Dealership and can be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Some claims made via the system may need further approval before being fulfilled.

Your chosen claims take time to process, so please allow 28 days to receive your reward.
